The classes on Road Safety Inspections are designed to help in the analysis of traffic accidents, taking into account not only the number of accidents but also the causes, with a special emphasis on the repeat elements of any accident, such as, road users, the vehicles, the road and its location.
Enrolment is between the 14th and the 18th of September with an estimated course length of 60 hours completed within a three-month period. The following link provides more information.
The second course, Road Safety Plans is designed for those professionals that wish to acquire an understanding of the measures and activities used to increase the levels of road safety of a future road network by streamlining the available resources. The Road Safety schemes are usually drafted by the Highways Authority.
Enrolment is also between the 14th and the 18th of September 2015, again with a total of 60 hours over a three-month period. More information using this link.
Lastly, Road Safety in the classroom is aimed at supporting and guiding teachers on how to introduce road safety in the classroom as effectively as possible, in collaboration with the Pontifical University of Salamanca.
Enrolment for this course is between the 12th and 16th October and has duration of 20 hours. More information available using this link.
