VIDEO - The correct use of child restraint systems

Studies reveal that a high proportion of all injuries a child may suffer in an accident can be mitigated by the use of Child Restraint Systems.

In this video, Jesús, Álvaro and César remind us of the key points to bear in mind when choosing a Child Restraint System, how to fit child seats and some other useful tips on their use. An especially important piece of current information is that from 1 October 2015, in line with changes to the General Traffic Regulations regarding the use of seatbelts and Child Restraint Systems, it is only possible for people less than 18 years old and up to 135 cm tall to sit in the front seat of a vehicle if all the back seats are already occupied by people less than 18 years old and shorter than 135 cm, with their restraint system in place.
